After taking like a gazillion pictures, riding countless trains, shrugging my shoulders to the sound of numerous Italian speaking to me like I know what they are saying, I am home, back in Prague and all I can say is that Italy was nothing short than amazing. During out 10 day excursion we traveled to Rome, Florence, Pisa, Castiglion Florentino, and Venice. Italy was a great country filled with € 2.80 diet coke cans, pizza and calzones at every street corner and yummy gelato heaped on top of a small waffle cone.
It was a wonderful trip that I can’t wait to share with everyone, but how do you summarize the entire wonderful things that happened in 10 days into a blog blurb… I don’t think it is possible. So for the next few days I’m going to break it down by city for you, but for mostly for me. So sit back and enjoy Italy at my leisurely pace.
